Description

Scandinavian countries have a strong tradition of civil society organizations (CSO) where citizens self-organize around everything from sports to labour unions, political parties, religious and social organizations, charities, welfare and health care, voluntary associations and other interest organizations. Central to providing the necessary services and engaging members, volunteers, donors and the society at large is a well-designed digital platform that is tailor made for the special needs of such organizations allowing them to work effectively and utilize digital possibilities. A digital platform not only increases the cost-effectiveness of a CSO, but also empowers the impact of their work and enables to engage the community on a larger scale.

The overall goal of the project is to create CRM platform for the CSOs to be launched on international markets. The platform would be cloud-based and highly scalable. Platform is aimed at various civil society organizations enabling them to streamline and automate members’ management and other administrative processes as well as provide integration of communication channels to support stronger member engagement leading to optimisation of human resource usage and financial capacity. Current small scheme project’s aim is to come to conclusion whether development project is feasible for Industry62 OÜ and Winorg AS and to prepare for the development project by defining the scope of development activities.
