Description

The project consists in the elaboration of technical documentation for building a kindergarten in Putineiu. The technical documentation will be further used by the PP as part of other financing application  to be submitted in order to finance the investment works.
The project addresses the need to build a kindergarten due to insufficient educational infrastructure in the commune. As a general impact of the project, the degree of marginalization will be reduced, especially among the Roma community. Within the framework of this project, specialty studies will be carried out for the construction of a kindergarten on the land belonging to Putineiu local council. On short term, the development of the technical documentation and obtaining the necessary approvals for the first phase of the feasibility study, will lead to the increase of the chances for obtaining non-reimbursable funding through the various programs at national level. On long term, the implementation of the present project and the subsequent development of the kindergarten-type educational infrastructure, will lead to reducing the marginalization among pre-school children.
