Description

The project consists in the elaboration of technical documentation for building a multi-functional day centre for marginalised people in Stelnica commune. The technical documentation will  be further used by the PP as part of other financing application  to be submitted in order to finance the investment works. On long term, the investment will improve the access to social, educational, cultural and recreational services of the marginalized group from Maltezi village. By preparing the necessary technical documentation for the establishment of the proposed Multi-functional Day Centre, the project aims to reduce the gaps between the population identified in the marginalized area of Maltezi village and the rest of Stelnica, by ensuring equal access to quality social and educational services. Building a multifunctional day centre will reduce social exclusion and marginalization, thus eliminating the medical, psycho-social and socio-cultural consequences caused by the lack of such an initiative.
