Summary of project results

The FCBS staff mobility for training purposes at other institution project has helped to strength certain aspects of internationalisation; however it was needed to train and to improve intercultural competences of the academic staff from Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences. Gained professional knowledge and good practice experiences from the host institutions were transferred to the learning process at home institution. Deepened cooperation might drive to joint or double degree programmes, as well as improve compatibility between study programmes at different institutions. The overall objectives of the mobilities were to strengthen the partnership with the host institutions for further mobility actions within Erasmus+ and to exchange expertise on approaches/methods of teaching and working in the international office. Experience in internationalization of management supporting activities were delivered as well as intercultural competences (tradition, culture, habits and life of the host country) were acquired. The cooperation will contribute to promotion of exchange of expertise and experience of the involved partners/participants and increase mobility between higher education institutions which is the main benefit.
