Description

The project was developed on the basis of CSZS needs - to teach pupils new work techniques, to modernize curricula, to incorporate news into curricula, and to enable graduates to get a better position on the labour market. Last but not least, to establish international cooperation.
The main objective of the project is to promote synergies between the education and training of a pupil of our school. Thus, both target groups - pupils and target groups - are educated. The project will provide the target group with knowledge of innovative techniques that will benefit them in future professional life. The project provides teachers with a mechanism for passing on this information to pupils. Both target groups will develop competences, increase human capital, educational base and increase labour market competitiveness. One of the important outputs of the project is to establish and maintain a partnership with a Norwegian organization that is capable of providing good know-how and examples of good practice of client activation.
A group of three people, a representative of a partner organization from the Czech Republic, as a consultant and two representatives of the applicant organization, will travel to Norway, where they will learn about local activation procedures in the Sittedans area and with differences over the activation techniques model in our country. The project will provide a way of comparing the practices, methodologies and materials used by partner organizations in the area of client activation.

Summary of project results

The main goal of the project was to support the synergy between education and training of secondary education students. The project responded to the needs of the Church High School of Health - to teach students new work techniques, modernize the curriculum, and enable a better position of graduates in the labour market. Thanks to the Norwegian partner organization Seniordans Norway, we were provided by quality know-how and examples of good practice in activating clients. We got acquainted with the activation procedures in the field of Sittedans and with the differences compared to the model of activation techniques in our country. We created methodological materials and comparative study. The project equipped the students with knowledge of innovative techniques that will benefit them in their future professional lives. Also, the project provided teachers with a mechanism for passing on this information to students. The project results will affect many lives in the future: whether people who will work with this activation technique (pupils, teachers, professionals) or seniors, to whom this activation technique can improve the quality of life.

Summary of bilateral results

We have created valuable connections with the perspective of further cooperation in the follow-up project focused on methodology dance in sitting and folk songs. The work on the project was extremely enriching. The project strengthened relations between partner organizations in the Czech Republic and Norway through mutual communication, sharing methodologies and outputs.
