Description
The 24 months project “Adaptation Through Early Personal Skills Development” integrates Roma pupils in five school from Arges County by developing skills of teachers, Roma and non-Roma pupils and their parents. To create a common school space defined by physical, cultural emotional, security, and quality education for all, the Arges County Centre for Educational Resources and Assistance:
- provides training for 60 teachers in the fields of child rights, tolerance, anti-discrimination, inclusive school, pupil-centered teaching
- elaborates 9 educational materials for school teachers on inclusive schools, to be implemented in the second year of the project
- involves 100 Roma and non-Roma parents in raising awareness activities on anti-discrimination
- involves Roma and non-Roma 200 children in non-formal activities on interaction in the multicultural environment, self-knowledge and self-education, child rights, inclusiveness.
