Description

The aim of the initiative is to establish and strengthen bilateral cooperation between the project promoter and their partner in Norway to elaborate the pre-defined project and prepare for the implementation of pre-defined project in 2020.

Planned activities: development of a detailed cooperation plan and schedule, participation in the NAROM CanSat competition for experience transfer, participate in the NAROM space camp to take over the experience (one meeting in Latvia (17.-19.03.2019.) and two meetings in Norway (22.-27.04.2019. and 7.-16.08.2019.)), participation in the conference of Nordic

Summary of the results

Bilateral cooperation between the project promoter Cesis Municipality and its partner NAROM Space centre in Norway strengthened to elaborate the pre-defined project "Development of Innovation centre in Cesis city" and prepare for the implementation of the project in 2020.

In result, 4 bilateral activities (one in Latvia and three in Norway) organized:


  • project promoter`s and partner`s meeting in Latvia, where detailed cooperation plan and schedule of the project developed (17.-19.03.2019.);

  • project promoter`s participation in the NAROM CanSat competition in Norway for experience transfer (22.-27.04.2019.); 

  • project promoter`s participation in the NAROM space camp in Norway to take over the experience (7.-16.08.2019.);

  • project promoter`s participation in the conference of Nordic science centers in Norway (22.-24.10.2019.).
