Description
The general objective of the bilateral initiative was to build a partnership between Tasnad Municipality as Project Promoter, Quantum Trust Association as Romanian partner and Culture Break Borders (Norway) in order to prepare, submit and implement a local development project focused on providing social services for elders, children and families at risk, victims of abuse and domestic violence from Satu Mare and Dolj counties.
In this respect, the representatives of the three entities met in Oslo, Norway, during a 3-day visit of a Romanian team, the discussions focusing around the future
Summary of the results
Along with the letters of intent to collaborate for the project implementation, a draft of the partnership agreement and of the project proposal are the main results of the bilateral activities.
The bilateral initiative laid the foundations for future collaboration between the three partners, who intend to access other funds made available through the EEA and Norwegian Grants.
