The initiative proposed by the Romanian Association “Say Yes to Life” aimed at establishing a bilateral partnership with the Norwegian organization Culture Break Border for the development and implementation of a project under the Local Development call for proposals.
The Norwegian organization has relevant experience in working with vulnerable children, using music therapy methods, an experience that the Gruiu Commune (Project Promoter) and of the Association “Say Yes to Life” (project partner) wanted to capitalize on in the “Passport for Success” project. Summary of the results
A letter of intent was signed and a partnership agreement and a project proposal were drafted following the meetings organized in Oslo during 3 days.
The partners wanted to establish an educational partnership involving the active participation of both entities in carrying out the activities proposed by the project, a collaboration based on the exchange of proposals and ideas between the Romanian and Norwegian sides. The partners expect the project to develop innovative results and/ or to engage themselves in intensive activities of dissemination and use of existing and new methods or innovative ideas resulting from the implementation of the project.
