Representatives of Zan Art (Romania) and Terram Pacis (Norway) met in May 2019 in Oslo to discuss and agree on the conditions of a future collaboration. They developed together the project application "COLORFUL SOULS - Social inclusion of young people with special needs by arts", to be submitted at the call for proposals "Inclusive education for children and youth at risk", launched by the Local Development Programme.

Summary of the results
Benefiting from the immediate results of the bilateral initiative (knowledge about new educational methods, new ideas for cultural and social projects, increased capacity to carry out a social campaign through the arts, new project management tools, increased experience in bilateral cooperation), strengthened partnership between ZAN ART (Romania) and TERRAM PACIS (Norway) open up opportunities for future collaboration between the two organizations, with increased impact both on Romanian society and internationally, by increasing the quality of education and promoting human rights (regarding access to education and culture), using the arts to change mindsets in a creative way.
The first stage of collaboration could be the implementation of the project developed together during bilateral meetings (if it will be funded), which aims to facilitate the exchange of experience between members of collaborating institutions (teachers, social workers, youth workers, teachers of the National Academy of Arts) and specific institutions in Norway, contributing to the achievement of the general objectives of the EEA and Norway Grants, those of reducing economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area and strengthening bilateral relations between Donor States and Beneficiary States.
