Description

The meeting had a total of 108 participants from four countries Portugal, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. 
The Seminar was held in Lisbon, where pitching and matchmaking sessions were promoted, and presented communications about the importance of the role of arts and municipalities for local and regional development.
