Description
The initiative aims to provide a practical guidance based on Donor Partner’s experience on how to foster innovation and deepen innovation capability of Lithuanian entities. Initiative is targeted at public institutions responsible for the formation and the implementation of the innovation policy in Lithuania.
The implementation of the initiative would help to improve the measures to promote innovation, create innovation fostering mechanism and strengthen bilateral relations with Donor country partners.

Summary of the results
1. 3 study visits within the field of innovation policy for Lithuanian entities in Norway provided. Due to the persistent COVID-19 situation and after consultations with the initiative partner 1 study visit was organized in the form of online webinar. A total of 9 institutions and organizations (out of 5 initially planned) were visited; 19 participants (out of 10 initially planned) (employees of Lithuanian public entities) took part in the visits.
