The aim of the magazine is to share information and knowledge among civil society. The magazine will highlight common trends, challenges and opportunities and help NGOs to learn from - and share - best practice. The magazine will be published annually by the Civil Society Development Foundation of Romania with financial support from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the Romanian NGO fund.

This year’s magazine is dedicated to the European Council’s ‘No Hate Speech’ campaign. In a climate of rising extremism, racism and xenophobia across Europe the movement helps NGOs develop projects to tackle hate speech. The magazine outlines the problem and looks at the most efficient ways of dealing with it. The magazine includes interviews with key actors in combating hate speech, country overviews and case studies. .
