The Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels offers candidates a chance to learn about grants and grants management - with tasks ranging from communication and reporting, monitoring and evaluation to financial management and legal work. The FMO reports to the foreign ministries of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, and is in continuous contact with the 15 beneficiary states.

We encourage applicants from candidates with different academic backgrounds (e.g social sciences, communication, law, etc.) or with relevant work experience. The traineeships are remunerated and are open to EU and EFTA nationals over the age of 21.
