Grants are made available to projects lasting up to 8 months within the fields of cross-border cooperation and regional development, aiming at the sustainable development of poor regions, districts and municipalities in eastern Slovakia bordering with Ukraine.
Eligible applicants are non-governmental organizations or public administration bodies registered in Slovakia.
The application deadline is 22 December 2009.
In the course of November 2009 a number of informational seminars for potential applicants will be held in Košice and Prešov by the Civil Society Development Foundation, the Fund Intermediary.
