Launch of first stage of tender for Information and Reporting System

To support the appraisal, implementation and reporting requirements linked to the 200-250 programmes under the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-14, the FMO is seeking to procure a provider to develop an Information and Reporting System. The deadline for the first stage of the tender is on 7 February 2011.

The EEA Grants and Norway Grants 2009-14 will distribute 1.79 billion euro to 15 EU member states in the coming years. The support will finance some 200-250 programmes, which will be implemented at national level and provide grants to a large number of projects in each of the beneficiary states.

The Brussels-based Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) manages the overall implementation of the EEA and Norway Grants on behalf of the three donor states Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. To support the appraisal, implementation and reporting requirements linked to the 200-250 programmes, the FMO is seeking to procure a provider to develop an Information and Reporting System.

The tender involves two stages, with a limited number of companies selected after stage one to participate in the full tender, stage two. The first stage of the tender has been launched in Tender Electronic Daily.

The deadline for submitting notice of interest (stage one) is on 7 February 2011. The shortlist of companies to be selected will be finalised in February/March 2011.
