The Bodossaki Foundation announces a tender to identify a service provider for services related to the planning and implementation of a capacity building training programme for representatives of Greek NGOs, and the creation of a training manual.
These services are funded by the Greek NGO programme “We are all Citizens” which is part of the EEA & Norway Grants for Greece. The Bodossaki Foundation is the Fund Operator of this programme. The programme aims to strengthen civil society and enhance the contribution of NGOs to social justice, democracy and sustainable development.
The service provider will be required to provide the following deliverables (in Greek language):
1.Development of methodology for the capacity building training programme for Greek NGOs
2.Production of teaching materials for a 120 hour/15-day training programme, in printed and digital format
3.Implementation of the training programme and provision of learning support for approximately 80 Greek NGOs, who are project promoters of the ‘We Are All Citizens’ programme
4.Building the capacity of the staff of the Bodossaki Foundation for conducting NGO training, through targeted ‘training of trainers’ and the drafting of a manual
The total available budget for the services is €70 000 including VAT. The duration of the service delivery period is 12 months, and all services must be completed by 31/3/2016.
