The aim of the Bulgarian Scholarship Fund is to strengthen human resource development in Bulgaria through promoting higher education and research, and to strengthen cooperation within these fields between Bulgaria and the EEA Grants donor states Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The Scholarship Funds support individual student, teacher, researcher and staff mobility.
Eligible applicants are students, teachers, researchers and staff from Bulgarian higher education institutions.
The application deadline is 15 April 2010.
