Invitation to Tender for two Multi-Year Consulting Services contracts for the EEA and Norway Grants

The Financial Mechanism Office (FMO), the secretariat of the Grants, is requesting tenders for two Multi-Year Consulting Services contracts for the EEA and Norway Grants:  Monitoring, Appraisal and Rapid Assessments and Facilitation Services.

The FMO intends to enter into a framework agreement with a consulting service provider for:

(1) Appraisal, monitoring, rapid assessment services and,

(2) Facilitation deliverables

related to the EEA and Norway Grants funding period 2014-2021, via the launch of two separate tenders.  Please click on the appropriate link below for each of the two services required for further information.

The successful tenderer will need to have sufficient in-house capacity and expertise to deliver the consulting services outlined in the Terms of Reference for each of the service areas.

The 2014-2021 EEA Grants and Norway Grants represent 2.8 billion Euros in financial contributions from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to reducing social and economic disparities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and to strengthening bilateral relations with the 15 countries benefiting from the Grants.

The scope of the framework agreement includes the development of monitoring, appraisal and rapid assessment reports, as well as on-site facilitations in the 15 countries covered by the grants (see Terms of Reference).

The deadline for submitting tenders is 17 February 2017 at 12:00 (Brussels time).
