Invitation to bid: Roma inclusion study

A call for bids for a study in support of the EEA and Norway Grants funding to Roma inclusion is now open.

Launched by the Financial Mechanism Office - the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants - the purpose of the tender is to conduct a study in support of the contribution of the Grants to Roma inclusion in the beneficiary countries.

The Financial Mechanism Office is seeking a consultant/team to review relevant literature on qualitative approaches, develop a set of recommendations for more qualitative ways of measuring change, hold five focus group discussions, a Round table with key stakeholders and provide a report with findings and recommendations.

Please include in your quote costs related to renting a venue and provision of coffee-lunch in those 5 countries for 25 participants and for the larger stakeholders conference in Brussels for 50 participants. No transport costs needed for the participants.

These costs will be a separate budget in addition to the study budget. So should not be part of the 100,000 budget.
