Launched by the Financial Mechanism Office - the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants - the main purpose is to review communication strategy implementation in the 16 beneficiary countries, for results and effectiveness.
The Financial Mechanism Office is seeking a team of communications experts to conduct a review of the implementation of all existing communication strategies and a sample of publicity plans. What are the results and reach of the current communication strategies and plans? Which countries or sectors are examples of good practice? Some case studies will be required. In addition, the review should examine the relevant provisions of the current Regulation and whether these could be improved.
