The €2.4 million equal opportunities fund, financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, support construction projects aimed at improving access to buildings hosting social services and child protection institutions in Hungary. The curent €1.4 million call for project proposals will remain open until 5 April 2009.
Organisations that own or maintain public buildings providing social care and childcare are eligible to apply for grants to reconstruct the buildings and purchase special equipment to improve the buildings` accessibility.
Project proposals can be submitted to the Public Foundation for the Equal Opportunities of Persons for Disabilities. Further information is available in the open call text.
