Funding for workshops between Polish and Norwegian researchers

To boost Polish-Norwegian research cooperation, close to €1.3 million is now available for  joint seminars and workshops between scientists from the two countries. Applications can be submitted until 31 October 2008.

Proposals needs to be submitted by a lead Polish applicant. Projects must be carried out in partnership with Norwegian universities or research institutions.

NGOs, schools, universities, research centres and institutions are all eligible to apply for grants up to €20,000. The call for proposals will remain open until 31 October 2008.
The €15.3 million Polish-Norwegian Research Fund was launched in September 2007. The fund aims to improve integration and coordination of research in Europe and supported research projects must be based on bilateral partnerships.
