The Polish Minister of Regional Development Ms Elzbieta Bienkowska was present in Oslo when an agreement was signed on 17 April on the €11.2 million programme. The agreement marks the start of the first Polish programme under the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014. Projects may be implemented until end-April 2016.
