FMO is recruiting Country Officers

The FMO is recruiting 2 Country Officers to cover Bulgaria, Poland and Romania.

Country Officers are the primary contact points between the FMO, the 15 beneficiary states and the three donor states. They provide guidance on policy questions related to the EEA and Norway Grants, ensure coordination of the work with beneficiary states in the programming of the new financial contribution, keep an overview of the projects in their country, and follow-up the implementation of approved projects for which they have been appointed task managers.

Applicants need to have minimum 5 years of relevant international experience and knowledge of grant management, good knowledge of Bulgaria, Poland or Romania, analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
