Sector Officer - Civil Society

The Sector Officer provides expertise on FMO’s work within the programme area of civil society. Her/his tasks include giving advice during the implementation and start-up of programmes, as well as facilitating reviews and evaluations of programmes within civil society. The Sector Officer reports to the Head of Sector Unit.

Results Based Management and Evaluation Officer

The Results Based Management and Evaluation Officer provides analysis and reports on the EEA and Norway Grants. S/he is also involved in developing reporting systems, developing results and risk management systems and tools, providing training and guidance as well as managing evaluations and reviews.

Financial Controller

The Financial Controller provides financial expertise in all aspects of project/programme management of the EEA and Norway Grants and in financial procedures of the FMO. The Financial Controller reports to the Head of Finance. Tasks, amongst others, include developing and maintaining the financial reporting structure, verifying and approving financial reporting, preparing payments to the beneficiary states and donor programme partners and reviewing project/programme audit and monitoring reports.

Senior Sector Officer - Regional Cooperation

The Senior Sector Officer for Regional Cooperation will coordinate FMO’s work on the global fund for regional cooperation (EEA Grants and Norway Grants 2014 – 2021). The global fund for regional cooperation will aim to promote sustainable and quality youth employment and also regional cooperation within the key areas of support. The Senior Sector Officer provides advice during development and implementation of the fund, preparation of proposals for Donor grant decisions, as well as facilitates reviews and evaluations of the fund. She/he reports to the Head of Sector Unit.
