The Regulations for the EEA Grants 2009-2014 and the Norway Grants 2009-2014 have been amended as of 1 July 2014. Some of the amendments introduced into the Regulation concern:
International organisations
Changes have been made in order to reflect the growing involvement and cooperation of international organisations in the activities funded through the Grants, both at national and at programme level.
Finalisation of programmes and financial management
Adjustments have been made in order to ensure a smooth finalisation of programmes and to simplify certain aspects of their financial management.
Research programmes
Technical clarifications of the rules applicable to research programmes have been introduced.
