Launch for the Polish 'Reducing social inequalities in health' programme

Representatives from the Financial Mechanism Office, the Donor Programme Partner (the Norwegian Directorate of Health), the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Warsaw, the National Focal Point and the potential project promoters are invited to participate in the event.The event will include a further information about the Polish 'Reducing social inequalities in health' programme. The programme is composed of a predefined project and the pilot projects of community-based comprehensive public health interventions in selected districts.
