The conference aims to present the programmes’ goals and objectives, financed activities, requirements for potential project promoters, technical application issues and evaluation process, bilateral partnership opportunities with entities in donor state.The conference targets the Lithuanian authorities working with environmental protection, nature management, marine and inland water issues, research and environmental education, as well as NGOs or scientific institutions, potential project promoters.
