EuroPride 2015

EuroPride 2015 was awarded to Riga, Latvia after Association of LGBT and their friends MOZAIKA delivered a bid based on solidarity with LGBT community in post-Soviet countries and significance of strengthening the freedom of assembly and freedom of speech in Eastern Europe.Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway make a special effort to promote equality and combat discrimination and hate speech through the EEA and Norway Grants. As a part of these efforts, the Association of LGBT and their friends MOZAIKA has received core support through the Latvian 'NGO programme' to strenghten its work. The EEA and Norway Grants will participate in the EuroPride 2015 Rally at the Pride Park (Vermanes park) on 20 June 2015.Read more about the Latvian NGO programmeRead more about the efforts taken to combat discrimination and hate speech through the EEA and Norway Grants
