Description

There is a declining quality of secondary school graduates’ education and training. The very proof of this is high dropouts of students in the early stages of their studies at universities also further investments for their training at work declared by employers. The very cause of the problem is the uncritically declining quality of educational content. The purpose of the project is to introduce an innovative approach and shareable educational content in the form of subjects with open content focused on key knowledge, skills and competencies by applying the principle of collective intelligence. This solution solves the cause, not just the stated results. Secondary school teachers and students, employers, and universities will benefit from the project implementation. The user study of the proposed approach from the Norwegian perspective is the role of the Donor project partner within the project. Space for constructive stakeholder discussion will be achieved within the partnership. STU has introduced a new gender equality strategy plan which will be followed throughout the project. Aj Ty v IT (the project partner) will work with teachers with a focus on popularizing technical education among girls in several directions. Contribution to anti-discrimination will be ensured trhough providing materials in accordance with the context of the open data, what will ensure that any segregation of students on the basis of race, color, religion, or gender is prevented.
