Description

Research and development activities of innovative technology of intelligent cultivation line:

The aim of the  project is, through research and development activities in the company REVOL TT Consulting s.r.o., to implement a construction of a prototype of an intelligent cultivation line for continuous cultivation of effective microorganisms with a complex technological solution for the production of continuous mixtures of effective microorganisms adapted to the soil type, cultivated crop, ecological conditions of a specific place of usage to achieve increased value creation and sustainable growth.

The output of the project represents a fundamental technological innovation for both technological producers of disposable cultivation devices and producers of biological fertilizers based on effective microorganisms, within the EÚ and the rest of the world.

Summary of project results

The project aimed to address several challenges during the development of an innovative cultivation line. One of the main challenges was ensuring the reliability and capability of the second prototype of the intelligent cultivation line to achieve the set results. This involved extensive validation of the technology in a real environment, including machining and processing of necessary structural components, material adjustments, and finalizing the design documentation. Additionally, the project faced administrative challenges related to the procurement and depreciation of equipment and machinery, which required thorough financial and administrative controls.

The project involved several key activities and outputs. Firstly, the development of the innovative cultivation line included machining and processing of structural components, validation of the technology in a real environment, and finalizing the design and technological manufacturing processes. The project also involved collaboration with the partner company CUBETECH s.r.o. on the development of control electronics, including the installation of cable routes, design and production of control cabinets, and testing of various electronic components. Secondly, the project included the depreciation of used equipment and machinery, as well as the purchase of new machines necessary for the project''s research and development activities. Lastly, the project maintained continuous communication through its website, providing updates on the project''s progress and outcomes. Various promotional materials and equipment were purchased to support the project''s publicity efforts.

The project achieved significant outcomes and impacts. The final version of the second prototype of the intelligent cultivation line for continuous cultivation of effective microorganisms was completed and validated. The project also submitted patent applications for the innovative technology developed, including a system and method for continuous cultivation of soil microorganisms. Additionally, the project successfully developed control electronics and software for automating the production process, including sensors and components that are part of the intelligent cultivation line. The primary beneficiaries include the project partners, who gained valuable experience and technological advancements, and the broader scientific and industrial community, which can benefit from the innovative cultivation technology.
