Description

The aim of the project is to provide counseling in job search and preparation for a job interview of the Roma community in the town of Veľký Krtíš through job counselors and mentors. The specific goal is to remove barriers for the entry of applicants into the labor market, as well as to raise motivation in the given community to obtain a stable, legal and long-term job. Through the implementation of the project, the association wants to contribute to the application of applicants in their future employment, to the maintenance of the job and to better management of earnings. The strength of the project is the cooperation with Labor and Social Affairs Office and employers in the region. The project will also include visits by several employers in the region. They will be carried out at each vacancy offered by the employer, so that the target group sees the system of work and the possibility of employment. The recruitment of the target group will be carried out in cooperation with Labor and Social Affairs Office, which will provide a database of job seekers, and will also directly address these job seekers with an offer from the organization for an active cooperation while finding a job. The project will involve 30 participants from the vulnerable group.
