Main activities of the project are establishment of a Practice Training Center as a permanent contact point for the target group, individual and group career counselling, training for entering the labour market and training of communication skills. Trainings will focus on motivation and activation of the Roma community towards a proactive approach in the labor market. It will also create conditions to acquire or restore working habits and skills directly in practice. 15 individuals of above mentioned vulnerable group will be trained.
