Description
The main objective of financing is to elaborate the technical documentation for the modernization and endowment of the communal dispensary.
At present, the building of communal dispensary is in an advanced state of deterioration and requires repair and energy efficiency works, the working conditions being unsuitable for the medical act in accordance with the health legislation in force.
The project aims to improve the basic infrastructure by rehabilitating and equipping the local medical dispensary. The project is a necessity of the community because its implementation would significantly improve the quality of life of residents by facilitating access, including the marginalized community, to quality medical services in a modern and complete space equipped in accordance with the sanitary norms in force.
The main beneficiaries of the project are represented by the marginalized population of Moldova Sulița commune , 418 inhabitants.

The project supported the elaboration of the technical documentation for the communal dispensary in Moldova Sulita commune, documentation necessary for project promoter to obtain financing for the effective realization of the communal dispensary
The project increased the capacity of the local authority to obtain funding for the implementation of measures stipulated in local development strategies. Municipality developed preliminary technical documentation for an investment objective. The project will further benefit for community upon submitting the technical documentation for funding from other sources and implementation of the infrastructure project for which the technical documentation was developed.
