Description

Project aims to carry out specialized studies for the rehabilitation /consolidation /modernization /endowment and increase of the energy efficiency of the investment objective secondary school, C1 and C2 building in Vartop locality. The project responds to the need to reduce the marginalization of young people in the marginalized community and to increase the quality of the educational process in the local community. As a result, in the short term, the technical documentation will be elaborated and on a medium term basis, it will facilitate PP access to non-reimbursable financing, based on the documentation . In the long term, due to the new infrastructure, there will be a reduction of marginalization among the local community and an increase of the quality of education activities. The  target group is pupils between 3 -15 year-old , mostly disadvantaged childreen from marginalized communities, as well as teachers. As indirect beneficiaries we mention the family members (relatives, parents) from the marginalized communities and the entire community of Vartop.

Summary of project results

The project addressed the need to rehabilitation /consolidation /modernization /endowment and increase of the energy efficiency of the investment objective secondary school, C1 and C2 building in Vartop locality. 
Within the framework of this project,  technical documentation and specialty studies were developed in order to rehabilitation of secondary school in Vartop locality. The technical documentation was developed and  the necessary approvals for the first phase of the feasibility study were obtained. This will lead to the increase of the chances for obtaining non-reimbursable funding from the various financing programs. The technical documentation will be further used by the project promoter as part of other financing application to be submitted in order to finance the investment works. On the long term will be reduce the marginalization of young people in the marginalized community and increase the quality of the educational process.
