This project targets the identification of both climate change impact and adaptation measures in critical sectors. From the general objective of the project, the following specific objectives derived: - Analysis of GHG emissions for inventory data in Satu Mare municipality; -  Identification of the main intervention sectors, to significantly reduce the CO2 emissions within ATU Satu-Mare; - Assessment of sector risks and vulnerabilities for managing climate change adaptation issues; - Involvement of decision-makers and the population in elaboration process of the plan for climate change mitigation and adaptation measures.

The main project results (”outputs”) are: - Basic inventory of CO2 emissions; - Study regarding the climate analysis of Satu Mare Municipality; - Report regarding risks and vulnerabilities at climate change; - Plan for mitigation and adaptation measures to climate change in Satu Mare Municipality; - Two conferences and two workshops; - Appointment of an advisory committee for the climate action plan; - Organizing two information and awareness campaigns for the population.
