Description

The ENERGEIA project is dedicated to enhancing awareness, knowledge dissemination, and skill development among various stakeholders, spanning from students and the general public to energy professionals and corporate staff. Employing a holistic approach, the project''s goal is to deliver tailored awareness campaigns, educational resources, and training services tailored to each target group''s unique needs. ENERGEIA is driven by the objective of elevating desirability and knowledge levels related to renewable energy and energy efficiency on three interconnected dimensions: economic (companies), social (the general public), and educational (future energy professionals). The project outlines specific objectives, including raising awareness and fostering energy-efficient behaviors within companies, promoting energy-consciousness among the general public, and preparing future energy professionals through specialized postgraduate courses, summer schools, and training sessions. These initiatives aim to address identified gaps and challenges within the target groups and will be developed in alignment with their specific needs and requirements.

Achieving these goals require a series of key activities, including:

- Training and awareness activity

- Knowledge and competence building

- Project Management

- Project communication

This project also has a strong bilateral component. The ENERGEIA Consortium strategically brings together partners based on their project alignment, expertise, and eligibility. With strong, established collaborations with TUCN and EnTReC, the consortium is well-equipped to achieve ambitious project goals. Particularly, the inclusion of HIOF - Østfold University College, a leading institution in Norway with expertise in energy technology, smart grids, energy efficiency, and cutting-edge technologies, enhances the project''s bilateral component, facilitating cross-border knowledge exchange and resource utilization.
