Description

The main objective of the project is the implementation of three photovoltaic systems in three locations of APASERV SATU MARE S.A. in order to ensure electricity from renewable resources for the technological process, which will contribute to the significant reduction of electricity costs and reduce the CO2 emissions. The company conducted a feasibility study, from which it resulted that the installation of the three photovoltaic systems has obvious advantages due to high energy production efficiency, the use of renewable energy and the reduction of energy costs.

The technical solutions propose the installation of a system with 1790 monocrystalline panels installed on a supporting metallic structure on the roof of buildings with a total power capacity of 967 kWp. Martinesti will have 1200 PV panels, total power capacity of 648 kWp, Satu Mare will have 380 PV panels, total power capacity of 206 kW, and Doba will have 210 PV panels, total power capacity of 113 kWp. From the inverters, the A.C. will be connected to distribution boxes located near the rows of photovoltaic panels and further, with power cables, to the general distribution board. The total energy produced by the three PV systems is 957 MWh/year. PV energy production will be used for own consumption.  The proposed project does not include a grid connection of the PV systems. Key activities include:

  • Internal project management.
  • Technical project design and expertise.
  • Financial audit.
  • Publicity to ensure the visibility of the project.

Expected outcomes of the project includes an estimated annual CO2 emission reduction by 293 tonnes. The project will also require 6 employees to receive a special training. The investment targeted by this project has a positive impact on the company. Its implementation reduces energy consumption from conventional sources, energy cost economy and gives a partial energy autonomy.
