Description

The main objective of the project consists in implementation of 5 photovoltaic systems in order to assure electricity from renewable resources for the production processes and to reduce its CO2 emissions.

Aaylex One aims to reduce its dependence of conventional energy as well as to optimize its expenses connected with the needed energy for production processes by procuring and installing 5 integrated photovoltaic systems with a capacity of 996,75 KW. By implementing the current solar panel systems, the company will increase its productivity, reducing the operational costs while integrating itself in more environmentally friendly parameters.

The technical solutions propose the developing of photovoltaic systems for five locations: Sahateni - Buzau County, Ion Roata - Ialomita County, Dorobantu - Constanta County, Cotorca - Ialomita County and Mihail Kogalniceanu - Constanta County. The photovoltaic systems will be connected to the electricity grid, without active energy injection into the distribution operator''s grid, only for own consumption purposes. The photovoltaic panels will be placed on the roof of company''s production facilities, using fixing structures. For the conversion of photovoltaic energy, the systems will be connected to the internal distribution network, through intermediate electrical panel interface.

Expected outcomes of the project includes an estimated annual CO2 emission reduction of 557 tonnes. The energy produced from other renewable sources is estimated to be around 1.300 MWh/year. The investment targeted by this project has a positive impact on the company. Its implementation reduces energy consumption from conventional sources, energy cost economy and gives a partial energy autonomy.
