STRONG POINTS

The training and job-shadowing activities were positively appreciated and have generated the expected learning outcomes. Their impact is described through specific professional expertize, through the development of linguistic, social, intercultural or personal skills. The development of participants'' self-efficacy is very relevant.

The project had a very good impact at the institutional level: international cooperation, team management of a mobility project with external funding (the first of its kind for the institution), visibility, prestige and better ability to provide support to schools.

The project was implemented according to the funding proposal, the main activities being well developed.

All participants received a Europass mobility certificate and recognition of professional credits based on them (9 credits).

The project led to an increase in the number of individualized service plans and the number of schools that carried out a process of evaluating the degree of school inclusion, based on the assessment form promoted by CJRAE.

The institution''s website contains useful information and allows the multiplication of accumulated experience.

AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT

There is a need to better highlight the activities that involved parents, students or school mediators.

It is recommended to continue the efforts to collect information on the results of the activities carried out, so that the impact of the project can be known after a longer period of time (taking into account that its duration was quite short.

Information on the projects funded by the EEA and Norway Grants is provided by the Programme and Fund Operators in the Beneficiary States, who are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of this information.
