Summary of project results

  • The project responded to the priorities and objectives of the Program and the field of school education, addressing issues related to the democratic and inclusive management of the education process.
  • The project led to the training of 9 school inspectors, by participating in three different mobilities, each of them bringing elements relevant to the issue addressed: education for democratic citizenship and democratic school management, inclusive and intercultural education, education for change, for the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, etc.
  • The learning outcomes obtained through each mobility are well presented and correspond to the estimated ones. The impact on the participants in each mobility flow is well presented from the perspective of the competences developed and their use in local activities, especially in their teaching practice.
  • The implementation was carried out in accordance with the funding proposal.
  • Quantitative results have been achieved. Regarding the qualitative results, the report indicates their achievement and data from the feedback collected from the participants in the various activities.
  • The collaboration with the host institutions in Norway and Iceland went very well and there is openness for further cooperation.
  • The report clearly presents the local activities and the number of participants. Local activities correspond to the original plan and the number of participants involved is generally higher than expected.
  • The two products displayed on the project page – guide on updating the curriculum vision and guide on resilience – can ensure the popularization of the project in the long term.
