Description

”Optimized pupil tools to increase social inclusion and access on the labour market” project was born from the necessity of adapting pupils school education in order to support a successful life. The gap between national educational system and work market started a few years ago and is growing larger.

Strategy design contains 3 targets:

T1. Increase the competencies of 10 employees during the first 6 months of the project in the fields of: peer training curriculum and training course content design; streamlining educational guiding methods; national and international educational resources investigation; streamlining professional counselling methods. The training shall be done trough the structured course ”The teacher as change agent”, with educational experts from Newschool, in mobility in Norway. The participants for the mobility will be selected to have some knowledge of English language so that they can understand classes,  and trainer certification so they can implement the next targets of the project.

T2. Creating a training course curriculum and content adapted for Romanian educational experts, by the end of the 8th month of the project. The new curriculum will be shared for free on the website of CJRAE, Argeș and will be the base for further trainings of educational experts in Romania, after the end of the project.

T3. Train 20 educational experts in Romania, based on the newly developed training course. At least 90% of them will report increased competencies in offering educational and professional guidance of pupils.

We choose the educational experts of Newschool, from Oslo, Norway, for the experience and recommendation they show, but also for the experience we had with their expert in our last EEA project A.D.A.P.T.-2018-EY-PICR-R1-0012.
