Description

In Vaslui county there are many pupils who belong to vulnerable groups which generates the necessity of inclusive education and to apply educational system mechanisms to maintain the children in school,  to bring families in as educational partners and to support the local communities for pupils’ success.
objective:
1.acquiring new knowledge and competences of experiential inclusive education, designed to attract/motivate pupils and communities’ educational partners, for 4 educational experts of THS VS; 2.Improving the educational competences and collaboration practices based on interdisciplinary curriculum projects, for the 4 educational experts of TSH VS; 3.Development of knowledge transfer skills and competences acquired by the participants to European mobility, in order to facilitate good inclusive best practices in interdisciplinary teams, capable of generating innovative quality changes in education and training for 5 schools in the county.
The long-term project benefits are: New opportunities for partnership and cooperation in European education/training for county schools and THS Vs; Transference and application of innovative educational/training best practices and quality standards; Schools interest for elaboration and implementation of projects through European mobility; Generating an inclusive school environment of facilitating pupils’ categories participation, with an impact on reducing absenteeism and school dropout. Educational experts THS VS can implement newly accredited programs in the inclusive education field; The application of inclusive experiential learning methods in schools stimulates pupils’ learning efforts and reduces proneness to school failure/corrections; Access to European education and training networks of schools facilitates future experiences and exchanges of best practices in education.
