Summary of project results
The project addressed both the priorities and objectives of the Program, as well as those specific to the field of school education, contributing to the professional development of 9 school counselors in order to facilitate game-based teaching and well-being in school, in an inclusive perspective.
The two mobilities were relevant to the needs of the institution and those of the participants. These were very well appreciated by the participants and described as having a practical character, very good quality of content and activities, significant potential for innovation and transfer in their current activity.
The learning outcomes correspond to those estimated in the application form and have been validated by certificates of participation and Europass mobility documents.
The report indicates concrete ways of capitalizing on the skills developed through mobilities in various subsequent activities inside the project and outside it (e.g. Teleșcola)
The results of the project from the institutional perspective are well presented (expertise in the targeted thematic areas, in project management, institutional visibility and new opportunities for action). The institutional approach is also described from the perspective of the pilot schools.
The collaboration with the two host institutions was very good, and the intention to continue the collaboration is clearly expressed.
The very good quality of the methodological guide (e-book) is a factor for ensuring the project impact and sustainability. Also, the project website is well structured, user-friendly, with accessible resources.
Relevant, varied and rich dissemination activities have been carried out that meet and exceed the original plan. Thus, the project enjoys very good visibility.
