Description

The general objective of the project: to improve the skills of educational experts in the field of school dropout prevention to adapt working methods with students at risk of dropping out of school.
Specific objectives:
O1. Development of new work skills with children/students at risk of dropping out of school;
O2. Development of skills based on the principle of in-depth learning, making connections between subjects and integrating concepts;
O3. Developing skills for the transfer of skills and knowledge acquired internationally, and supporting the exchange of good practices in working with students at risk of dropping out of school;
Follow-up activities:
-After each training flow, the mobility participants will carry out workshops with teachers from schools at risk of dropping out of school
-the second activity will be to make a guide with the methods learned in the two mobility courses.
- the third activity will be the realization of the contest  „t-EACH FOR ALL AND EACH”, where students will have the chance to combine the three arts of literature, photography and drawing in an interdisciplinary activity.
Long-term expected results: improving the school attendance among students from the 6 schools targeted in the project; increasing the motivation for learning of students at risk of dropping out of school and improving teaching methods, as well as adapting them to the needs of students at risk of dropping out of school.

Summary of project results

The implementation of the project was carried out in compliance with the good framing of the application, in the objectives and priorities of the Action

  • In the pandemic context, the project was implemented with the number of participants and at the courses established in the application;
  • The selection process was transparent, with clear criteria and a good preparation was achieved for the candidates;

Quality learning/training results have been obtained that have been Certified Europass

A guide was made with games and activities to achieve a safe atmosphere and trust in the classroom, consistent and well made up;

A good visibility for the project was achieved.
