Summary of project results
STRONG POINTS -The project addressed the priorities and objectives of the Program in the field of school education, through the topics addressed and through the activities carried out; The topic addressed corresponded to the priorities being related to education for democracy and inclusion; The impact of the project is well described at the level of mobility participants and at the level of the institution; The institution diversified and enriched its training offer through 5 courses approved by the Minister of Education, plus one submitted for accreditation; 10 methodist teachers / trainers developed their training design skills, thematic area skills and English language skills; The learning results obtained through the two mobilities met the expectations and needs of the participants and the institutional ones; The report indicates a good collaboration with partner institutions in Norway and Iceland, which continued post-mobility and, according to plans, will continue in the future; Although the Covid-19 pandemic generated some delays / postponements of mobility activities and led to constraints related to the way local activities were carried out (predominantly online), it can be appreciated that the project was implemented as planned and that it achieved its main objectives; The project had good visibility, both on the institution''s website, through the local press, through the institution''s activities.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT - Although the institution ran another project within this Program, it does not reveal the complementarity of the two initiatives; More data would have been needed to demonstrate the results and impact of the project at the school level: the distribution of teachers participating in the workshops by area and type of school / level of education, the feedback from users regarding the guide or the methodology developed within the project, examples of activities and results obtained, examples of interdisciplinary projects carried out, etc; The selection of participants for the two mobilities entailed risks related to objectivity, as the criteria referred to the professional status of the candidates, their involvement in writing the funding application and their knowledge of English; these criteria being supplemented during the interview by the knowledge of the project (also an advantage for those involved in its writing) and communication skills.
