Participation of our experts in training activities/study visit/jobshadowing in Norway, Iceland will contribute an implementation of the institutional development plan where diversity represents a positive learning context and the teacher can be a real agent of change for 21st century.Acording to the IȘJ Strategic Plan one of the most important goal for medium term is improvement of management at the three levels:of the IȘJ,of the schools and of the class (decisional,informational,organizational, methodological) in order to increase the quality in education.We intended to send 6 inspectors (from a total of 20) to 3 mobilites to improve the quality of education in Ialomita county,by creating a collaborative and democratic culture in schools,using different interactive methods with students and collaborative learning strategies in at least 6 schools.The participants experts IȘJ Ialomița will able to support the schools to:-create "change teams" in schools  - practicing competences needed to sustain implementation of innovative practices in institutions; -be a facilitator in a student-centered education system - practicing facilitation skills and learning from and with a team;-know how to work with interdisciplinary projects; - practicing, tools and methodologies;- interactive methods and tools for the 21st  century teachers;-raise confidence in applying interactive and learner-centered methods;-use strategies for inclusive and democratic school development;-practice a democratic management;-apply a whole school approach that involves all stakeholders in school to develop a democratic and inclusive school environment.

Summary of project results


The analysis of inspection reports in 2018-2019 showed that only 60% of school management operates in optimal parameters, and some deficiencies refer to the moderate involvement of teachers in school life, insufficient development of a collaborative culture, deficiency use by teachers of interactive methods focused on the current needs of students. According to the needs analysis, IȘJ Ialomița considered as an institutional approach as a priority by preparing our experts (school inspectors) to learn cooperative learning strategies and then share them with our colleagues in Ialomita County can help change the mindsets of our colleagues in Ialomița county - how to be a facilitator in student-centered education and how to create a democratic collaborative school culture together. Four school inspectors participated in activities that approach the training activity differently and applied new methods of working with students, school managers and their specialized colleagues. The mobilities carried out were between 06/10 / 2019-11 / 10/2019 (structured course and study visit) at Fagnorsk Gunnhild Aakervik, in Oslo, Norway, 2 participants from IȘJ Ialomița and between 28/10 / 2019-01 / 11/2019 (structured course and job shadowing) at NewSchool, in Oslo, Norway, 2 participants from IȘJ Ialomița. Results obtained that have become resources of the institution: 1)The participants in the mobilities (4) applied what they learned in the mobility activities both through the activities carried out at the CSI, in the county, and in the class, with the students. Upon returning from the mobilities, the participants shared the experience of their colleagues from the inspectorate, in specialized methodical actions. 2) The Guide- THE PROFESSIONAL AGENT OF CHANGE FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE XXI CENTURY was made.
3) The course support was made - THE PROFESSIONAL AGENT OF CHANGE FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE XXI CENTURY.
- MEC was approved by CCD through Ialomița the course THE PROFESSIONAL AGENT OF CHANGE FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE XXI CENTURY, the training activity was carried out not only for 1 group (planned during the project), but for 2 groups of participants.
- The final Conference (interregional) was organized and held online.
