Description
The project is dedicated to improving the image of the NGO sector in Bacau community, the partnership between the 3 important NGO-Public-Private sectors as well as the civic involvement of young people and the population. We believe that the last 3 years have strongly affected the NGO sector, many of the organisations have reduced their activity because of the lack of funding and the context induced by the pandemic restrictions. We will create an image strategy, a communication platform dedicated to NGOs in which the "good news" in the sector will be promoted, we will organize events that promote the NGO sector and bring together civil society, business community and authorities, we will run a campaign to attract individual donors and we will focus on volunteering and involvement. The Community Support Foundation, an organization with 25 years of activity, partner in 2 projects and applicant in 1 project within AC,F contributes to supporting volunteering and regulating this activity in Romania and is convinced that this process will generate positive changes; FSC believes that the development and funding of social services can only be done through partnership and attracting resources from the entire community. Bacau Community Foundation brings specific expertise in attracting resources and organizing events for NGOs as well as coagulating the entire community and Fabricat in Bacau (Made in Bacau) builds on concepts related to business sector involvement and creating a brand that induces local pride and belonging. The 3 partners have experience behind them, each organization has specialists and organizational support network, they will effectively transfer image, support and expertise to the NGO sector. All interventions will generate a replicable partnership model, the project and the funder will be promoted through a final conference.
