Description

The project "Empower to be more Bogalha" is a capacity-building project of the promoter entity, which aims, through consulting, training and mentoring actions, to improve its organisational performance and financial performance and increase the effectiveness of its administrative processes through computerisation and information sharing. The capacity-building will encompass the organisation''s strategic management, resource management, monitoring and evaluation of processes, activities and results, leadership and team management, communication and financial management.

Summary of project results

The project sought to enhance organizational performance, financial outcomes, and administrative efficiency. It aimed to empower professionals to establish strategic management processes, develop resource and HR management procedures, implement a continuous improvement system, create strategic and financial planning tools, digitize processes, and improve leadership, team management, communication, and relationship skills.

The project encompassed several planned activities and actions, including 80 hours of consultancy for strategic management, 70 hours of resource management, 60 hours of financial management, and 90 hours of digital automation of processes and information sharing. Continuous improvement and evaluation were supported by 50 hours of consultancy. Organizational performance mentoring totaled 40 hours, financial management mentoring 10 hours, and information management mentoring 10 hours. Training in assertive communication and interpersonal relationships comprised 25 hours, and leadership and team management training also totaled 25 hours.

In quantitative terms, the following was achieved:

- 28 professional staff trained;

- 1 NGO with effective management procedures.
